The Process
To book consultation all special occasion custom gowns start at $475, this price does not include the purchase of materials used to construct the garment (read for more details regarding material) this fee can increase depending on garment design. Your consultation will be preferable in person /virtual (optional), all you will need to prep for this consultation is to wear tight fitted clothing and a measuring tape (virtual clients). During the consultation we will discuss design, color options, pricing, and conduct measurements. After all the details are finalized, a final price is reached at which there will be a 25% down payment fee which is a non-refundable fee then an invoice is sent for payment. Upon completion of down payment/ full payment, we begin construction.
Construction time
Your garment is custom made specifically for you. For the consultation, please gather all your dream dress ideas and inspiration. You will discuss your favorite dress silhouettes, styles, textiles and colors. During the consultation I will get to know you, understand your vision and help you narrow down the design and style of your dream dress. All clients have the option of providing their own material, we also offer to outsource material (keep in mind the material fee will be added to total for dress construction). NOTE: This garment requires a lot of time and special detail and can take up to two months to complete. Expedited service is available upon request.
Approval Process
Once your garment is complete, the approval stage begins. To ensure that the garment is to your liking we’ll have at least 2-3 dress fittings, which we will schedule during construction stages. We also offer to place the garment on the mannequin, to send detailed photos of all angles, and a video via text message. Upon approval from you within 24 to 72 hours we are able to ship immediately. If approval is not received within this time frame, we will also ship the garment to avoid further delays. Shipping time could take up to 2 to 5 business days within the US. NOTE: All custom special occasion garments are non-refundable and are not due to exchange, please be wise when picking your garment design.
